In honour of the fact that in 13 sleeps the newly minted Mr and Mrs Holz will be jetting off to Hawaii I felt I would share some Ukulele action with you. Love this song, I could listen to this over and over.
Sorry I’ve been bad at posting lately, life has gotten away from me a bit with the wedding and honeymoon plans. Oh and apparently quitting your job and then jetting off where they can’t reach you is a lot of work! Maybe I should unfriend colleagues on Facebook …..
Some people have way to much time. I hope this weekend you find time to do something others consider wasteful.
Locked in most of the honeymoon this week so we now turn our attention back to the wedding day itself. Its nearly here but I am happy with just how much is done, though our to do list is still pretty crazy we are now able to just play with the little details that make the day special.
Last day of Conference and I head back to my man and cat tomorrow! Can’t believe its all over for another year.
No deep meaning to these lyrics the song just has such a feeling of happiness I couldn’t help but include it on what will no doubt have been one hell of a week.
I only discovered Lady Antebellum the other day. Well, I had heard their hit Need You Now (OK, I heard it first on Glee) but only just bought the album. I go through county music phases every time I start to get home sick.
Hello World struck me as its very much how I can feel in the lead up to Conference. I get so lost in my own stuff and nothing else really happens in the world in February other than that. I come out the other end and see something, something as little as the girl with chocolate ice cream on her face in the song, that reminds me about a world outside my own reality.
It’s Friday, I really think you should just dance!!!
My parents are in town this weekend to look at wedding venues with Richard and I and his parents. Can’t wait to see them. We’ve got it down to three venues. The Establishment (that we saw last weekend) Kirribilli Club and Wolfies Grill. I’m really excited to see them.
