We’ve got a quiet one planned just hanging out, I’ve taken today off to make a four day weekend out of the ANZAC Day holiday. I am sure I am not the only person in Australia to have this idea so I hope we all have a wonderful weekend.

I remain in love with Jennifer Lawrence (sorry Richard) and this film looks like she once again steps up to play Katniss brilliantly. This was my favourite book of the series so I hope they do it justice. Still annoyed that they are splitting book three up into two films but its sort of expected now after the successes doing it with Harry Potter and Twilight.

In an aside did you see Russell Brand talking about Jennifer Lawrence on Conan? Hilarious!

Wow, this post just got really random. Have a wonderful weekend. Hair appointment tomorrow and if the weather holds I might get to go on my father-in-laws boat.

Isn’t this tee-pee just amazing? I would have loved having one of these when I was a kid. I would have sat in there for hours reading my books. All it needs are fairy lights and a quilted bean bag and I would have been in kid heaven.

It’s huge but if you want one for yourself (please Richard?) head to Playhaven, the store owner Stephanie will hook you up.

This begs the question, why isn’t Doctor Who a musical? I sometimes wonder what it would be like to live in a musical. Surely it would be amazing. Though I wonder if they ever spot the musicians or if the music is just in everyone’s heads simultaneously.

This week has been madness. Off to see my sister Katherine in Newcastle tomorrow to do some wedding stuff but looking forward to some quiet and some more Diablo 3 on Sunday.
